Build libraries for tool to be useable in ammonite shell,
so that it is easy to demonstrate fetching access controlled
rdf data and manipulating it.
The code at this moment is not compiling and depends on libraries improvements (esp bblfish/httpSig#11) that are being tested by the work done here, and that will be published by the time this PR is committed.
